IAN RUSH expects an attacking game of football at Ibrox tomorrow as the Legends of Liverpool and Rangers go head to head.

Speaking to preview the game, Rush said: “Without a doubt you will see attacking football from the two legends sides today, that’s what we are here for.

The glamour tie will see stars of the past from both Rangers and Liverpool take to the field, with Gers boss Steven Gerrard featuring for both sides.

“The most important thing is that the fans go away saying ‘I enjoyed that game’, so on that note have a great day here at Ibrox.” Rush has kept a keen eye on events at Rangers since former Liverpool captain Steven Gerrard took the reigns last summer.

Tickets can still be purchased in person at the Rangers Ticket Centre today (Friday 9am – 5pm).

Supporters will be able to pay at the gate for tomorrow’s all-star legends match at Ibrox.

Rush will manage the Reds, assisted by John Aldridge and Gers current assistant manager Gary McAllister, at 3pm tomorrow and he’s looking forward to the match.
