James Tavernier has urged Rangers fans to put their health first over the coming weeks but confirmed the players are working towards a programme that will see them return in tip-top condition.

Like the rest of us, Rangers players are isolating, but while many will wile away the hours on their couches, the Ibrox stars will have physical tests to complete so they can return to training at a moments notice.

"Naturally we are all concerned for our family, friends and loved ones but hopefully in time, we'll be able to get back to normality.

"In closing, please look after yourself and your loved ones.
