Enrique has recovered from a rare form of brain tumour and underwent life-saving surgery last summer.



The former Liverpool full-back played the full 90 minutes against Rangers legends on Saturday as the visitors ran out 3-2 winners at Ibrox.



It was really good, I really enjoyed [playing] 90 minutes," he said.

Speaking after the match, Enrique spoke of his gratitude just to be able to play after overcoming his challenges.

"I don’t even remember the last time I played 90 minutes.

"To [wear] this shirt again, it’s my club – I feel like this is my club – and to play 90 minutes again with this team is amazing."
