Livingston goalkeeper Liam Kelly has completed a move to QPR after signing a four-year deal with the Championship club.

Record Sport revealed last month that Mark Warburton wanted the former Rangers keeper and the 23-year-old was this afternoon reunited with his old boss at Loftus Road.

“Hopefully I can have a positive impact and help the club do well.” Kelly is Warburton’s first signing as QPR boss.

“You have 24 or 25 competitive animals who are all keen to do well.

Kelly triggered a clause in his Livingston contract allowing him to leave for a cut price fee believed to be £50,000.

“Liam will want that No.1 shirt, and Joe’s job will be to keep it and show what he can do."

“Liam is outstanding with his feet, he has great distribution and he is a very good shot stopper,” Warburton said.
