What does the future hold for Wes Foderingham at Rangers?

Since Steven Gerrard came to Rangers, the fans have been much more upbeat about their chances of winning silverware and usurping Celtic as the greatest club in Scotland.

Foderingham has been hit harder than any of the other stars at Ibrox, going from one of the most influential stars playing week in week out to not knowing when his next appearance will be.

When Stevie G came in, he made Allan McGregor one of his first signings, forcing Wes Foderingham into the role as #2 ‘keeper.

However, the 27-year-old might look for an Ibrox exit due to his lack of game time and may not even be at the club for the Scottish Cup match as he aims to become a first-team goalkeeper again.

The next time he features will likely be against Cowdenbeath away in the Scottish Cup fourth round.

Whilst Allan McGregor is 36, it doesn’t look like he’s going to be slowing down anytime soon.
