Paul Heckingbottom says Hibs are desperate to get back on the pitch and make amends for their thrashing at Ibrox last weekend.

Heckingbottom's previous jobs have both been in the English Championship, and he admits he'd have preferred a similarly busy schedule to allow his players to set things right straight away.

Morton will be a difficult game.

The Hibees were battered 6-1 on Sunday, ending their unbeaten start to the season in spectacular fashion.

"One of the things that is difficult to get used to is how spaced out the games are," said the Englishman.

"We have to make sure we dominate the game and impose ourselves on them."
