Rangers fans are excited about Rangers academy talent Kai Kennedy after his goal for the U17s side yesterday.

A Scotland youth international, he’s thought to have a bright future in the game.

As for Kai Kennedy, well fans are looking forward to seeing much more of him over the next few years.

The Gers youth team are currently competing in the ALKASS International U17s Cup in Dubai and are through to the final after a superb 5-1 semi-final victory over Japanese outfit Kashiwa Reysol yesterday.

Kai Kennedy scored a double in the win, including the brilliant finish below.

If he can continue scoring goals like the one above then it won’t be long before he is knocking on Steven Gerrard’s door.

The young Gers will now face Roma in the final on Friday, which is a great test at this stage of their development against a massive Italian powerhouse who spend a lot of resources on their youth talent.
