Rangers are looking to get themselves closer to Celtic in the coming weeks and hopefully we’ll be able to do that with them bound to get tired thanks to Europe.

They’re not going to win the Europa League so hopefully their games with Valencia will open the door for us to reel them in.

According to the Daily Record, though, one thing that could offer us a setback has been pushed back to tomorrow – and that’s the hearing involving Allan McGregor.

The goalkeeper was handed a ban for a challenge with Lewis Ferguson but Rangers appealed it and a hearing was meant to take place today to see whether the ban would be upheld.

It’s been moved to tomorrow now, though, and so we are going to have to just wait and see whether or not the stopper is going to end up in the stands for the coming games or between the sticks.
